1. Why can't the information be retrieved?
Answer: Usually, our logistics information needs to be updated within about one day. If there is still no information after two days, please contact our customer service.
2. Why has the logistics information not been updated for a long time?
Because the international logistics process is lengthy and may encounter customs and logistics anomalies. If so, we will handle it for you within 24 hours.
3. Will there be customs duties?
Generally, our prices are DDP prices including customs duties.
4. Can UPS or DHL express shipping be chosen for expedited delivery?
If you have such a need, you can contact us. However, if customs duties are incurred, you will need to pay the duties additionally. We are not responsible for the payment of customs duties incurred by the express delivery.
