We will select the standard shipping(<USD200) for your order by default, if you want a faster shipping plan, please select the “UPS/DHL Air Express” option while you placing the order.

TRACKING MY ORDER
Please note that tracking information may take a few days to refresh. To trace your order, please follow these steps:

2. Enter the tracking number from your order dispatch email.
3. Click "Track" to view the status of your shipment.
4. If the tracking number cannot be retrieved, you can wait for the logistics information to be uploaded within 2 days, or contact us for assistance in the inquiry.

Please be aware that we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Why is my order not up to date?
Typically, we consolidate all your orders for delivery, including both in-stock and out-of-stock products. If you require your products urgently, please consider placing separate orders or contacting customer service to arrange split deliveries.
